After a two-year hiatus, Postdoc Slam is back at UCSF, just in time for National Postdoc Appreciation Week!
One of the finalists is none other than TB RAMP scholar Sophie Huddart, who is part of our Fall 2021 cohort.
The ten postdocs selected as finalists will present their research in three minutes or less, in language accessible to a general audience. It's a celebration not only of the finalists and contest winner, but also of postdoctoral research at UCSF and of scientific inquiry.
Cash prizes of $4,000, $2,000, and $1,000 will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize winners chosen by the panel of judges. And YOU, the audience, will choose the "People's Choice" winner, who will receive $750.
